According to Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021, before check-in we are obliged to register all reservations in the government system (SES.Hospedajes) and provide the following data of EVERY person visiting our apartment:

Name (names)
Surname (last name)
Date of birth
Nationality
Type of document (ID, passport, etc.)
Document number
Telephone number or email address
Permanent address (street address / postal code / city / country)

Please note that the property has only private apartments and operates on a different basis than a hotel. The main entrance to the building is manned by security staff, but is usually open during the day (until approx. 10pm). If the door is closed, which is normal late in the evening and at night, it can be opened by guests using an electronic chip.
IMPORTANT: If you are entering the building for the first time, have not yet collected your apartment chip, and the door is closed, you may need to call security on the telephone number displayed on the main door.
In addition, due to the high traffic, the door is often opened by other residents entering and leaving.
Once you enter the apartment - the chip for the main building door and the entrance to the pool (round) hangs on the entrance door.
We kindly ask you to leave it in the same place before checking out.

Standard check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am, unless otherwise arranged.

Apartment 1022, located on the 10th floor, is equipped with a digital lock.
Your unique 6-digit code will be provided after registration in Spanish "Sistema de Hospedajes" system.
The code will be activated shortly before your arrival.

Opening the lock using a code:
- press any key to "wake up" the keypad,
- enter your 6-digit code,
- confirm with the lower right key (padlock icon),
- the keypad will beep and light up green, then you can turn the handle counterclockwise and enter.

When leaving the apartment - just close the door, the lock will automatically stay in the locked mode.

It is located in a white, tall "Paraiso del Sur" building, opposite the Hard Rock Hotel.

Reception

There is no standard reception at the building and security is not intended to provide any services to the guests, however they are responsible for safety of the premises. Unfortunately, most of security staff don't speak languages other than Spanish, so in case of emergency you may be forced to use language translator.

Parking

Unfortunately due to limited parking space, using main parking lot for purposes other than temporary loading/unloading is prohibited by building administration. Street parking is allowed and free of charge. However finding a vacancy requires some luck and patience as it is in majority of the popular destinations in Canary Islands. There is an unofficial parking in the "Barranco del Pinque", where you will almost certainly find vacancy. It's 500m away, down the street, at the first roundabout.

Swimming pool

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
swimming pool will be closed for renovation as of summer 2025. It will reopen in February 2026.

The pool is open to all building residents during the hours indicated at the entrance. The entrance is located on level -1 and can be opened with the same card (round) as the main building entrance. The sunbeds by the pool are available free of charge. Please do not use bathroom towels neither by the pool nor on the beach. For this purpose beach towels are provided. Please feel free to use sun umbrellas (located in the bedroom closet) or swimming & snorkeling gear (in the drawers).

Balcony

Please pay attention to your belongings while using balcony as wind in Canarias can be suprisingly strong. It is recommended to use a permanent laundry dryer instead of portable one. Drying laundry must be secured with clothespins. Please also do not water the plants on the balcony and inside the apartment too.

Electric fuses

In the event of a power outage in your apartment, first check the fuses. The fuse box is located behind the left (wooden) wardrobe door in the hallway. All fuses should always be in the "ON" (up) position.


Trash

All trash may be dumped into the containers located behind the sliding door of the shed in the main parking lot.

Bidet

After usage of the bidet nozzle, please make sure to close main valve on the wall to release pressure from the hose.


Public transportation

Bus stops are located on the main street, 50 m to the right after leaving the parking lot.
Taxi is at the Hard Rock Hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am, unless otherwise arranged.

2. What is the WiFi password?

We invite you to use 2 networks: BeMyGuest (2.4 Ghz) or BeMyGuest_5G (5 Ghz). The password for both networks is the same, but for security reasons we do not provide it on the website. You will find it printed inside the apartment.

3. Is the tap water drinkable?

Yes it is, but it's extracted from the ocean water and does not taste good. We recommend using bottled water, available in large containers at any grocery store.

4. What is the name of the island visible from the balcony?

The big island that you may see from the balcony is La Gomera. If you are lucky and visibility is good, you may also see: El Hierro (tiny island, left from La Gomera) and La Palma (right from La Gomera, with double peak). Looking right (along the ocean shore) you may see Los Gigantes at a distance.

5. How far is the nearest beach?

The nearest public beach (Playa Las Galgas) is located 200 meters away from the building and you can see it from our balcony.
The nearest guarded beach (Playa de Ajabo) is within a 15 minutes walk distance towards Callao Salvaje town, which can be seen from balcony on the right side.
WARNING: just like on any ocean beach, please be aware of possible strong currents, specially during tide changes and high winds.

6. May I use the swimming and diving gear found in the apartment?

Yes, you can use everything that is available. All private things are hidden and locked away.

7. Are there any good diving spots nearby?

Actually one of the best snorkeling sites is "our" little bay at Playa Las Galgas. Also, well known place is el Puertito bay. But in fact, you can explore an underwater world everywere. Just make sure the place is safe.

8. May I use the spices and other food products found in the kitchen?

Yes, of course. Feel free to use it.

9. Are there any shops and restaurants nearby?

The nearest grocery store (HiperDino Express) is 30 meters from the exit of the parking lot to the right. The nearest shopping center (Rosa Center) is also nearby (10 minutes walk). There are many restaurants on the main street (Avenida Adeje 300).

10. How to use the smart TV?

The larger remote control is used to turn on the TV or select input channels. The smaller remote control is used to operate the TV box and switch between apps. We offer free streaming of Netflix to our guests. If you wish to use other paid services, you must log in with your own account.
We also offer a package of TV channels from various countries. These channels are played using the IPTV app (purple circle). If you have any difficulties accessing the channels, please contact us via WhatsApp.

11. How to operate the ceiling fan?

Ceiling fan and it's lights are operated by the remote. If you have any difficulties, please read the manual, which is available on our website. You can easily download it using QR code provided on the remote.

12. Where is that music coming from that you hear on the balcony?

Live shows take place every night in the lobby of the Hard Rock Hotel. Admission is free. In addition, the RIU Hotel organizes disco parties on Friday nights. Unfortunately, they are quite noisy, but they do not last longer than 11 p.m.
